Information we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project type, timeline and consent. You may also provide an estimated budget range, property location and message. Basic technical information may be processed by website hosting and service providers to operate, secure and deliver the site.
Please do not send SINs, banking credentials, identification documents or other sensitive financial documents through the public form. If further documents are needed, an appropriate method for sharing them should be agreed separately.
How consultation information is used
Your information is used to review and respond to your request, discuss your project’s financing needs, maintain a record of the inquiry and help protect the form against misuse. Submitting the form authorizes contact about that request; it does not authorize unrelated marketing.
Submitting an inquiry does not authorize a credit check, create a lender commitment or start a complete mortgage application. Any later application, lender submission or credit assessment may require additional information and separate disclosures or consent.
Storage, access and service providers
Consultation requests are stored with our website infrastructure provider. The public website permits submission of inquiries but does not give visitors access to stored requests. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information as needed to operate the website and its storage. Information may be processed outside your province or Canada, depending on provider infrastructure, and may be subject to the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
Information may be accessed to respond to your request, shared with necessary service providers, or disclosed where legally required. A mortgage application may involve Mortgage Alliance and third party lenders under the disclosures and consents applicable to that process. Inquiry submission alone is not consent to distribute a complete application to lenders.
Safeguards and retention
Access controls and restricted public permissions help protect stored inquiries. No website, email or electronic storage method can be represented as completely secure. Records should be retained only as necessary for responding to inquiries, legitimate business purposes and applicable regulatory or legal obligations; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can contact Meshesha to ask about your information, request a correction, request access or deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent to further inquiry related contact. Requests may require reasonable identity verification, and legal or regulatory obligations may limit what can be deleted or disclosed.
Cookies, technical services and external links
This site does not intentionally add advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service. Essential hosting or security services may process technical data. Fonts are delivered through Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them. Links to external sites are governed by those sites’ privacy practices.
Changes and scope
